Purchases made on our website are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax, receipts, and the underlying payment transaction.
Requesting a Refund
If you would like to request a refund for a website purchase of Nexus Server Dashboard, contact us within 14 days of purchase and include the Paddle receipt email or transaction ID:
- Email contact@nexus-server.app
- Include the email address used at checkout
- Include your Paddle transaction ID or receipt
- Briefly tell us what went wrong so we can help fast
Refund Window
Website purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Once approved, the refund is processed through Paddle back to the original payment method.
Try Before You Buy
Nexus Server Dashboard offers a lightweight public demo build for safe evaluation, and the full app also includes a Demo mode for interface inspection without a live server connection.
